Due to the handmade and fragile nature ofour products, Saryu Decor accepts returns only for items that are damagedduring transit. Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of deliveryand must be supported with a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. Claimssubmitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will beprocessed to the original payment method. Exchanges are not available.
